Auchan is a major French retail brand. The launch of the loyalty program included a TVC and a full visual identity. As part of the rollout, we also created a series of explainers to show how the program works. These were made for digital channels and in-store screens. A total of six videos covered topics such as how to register, earn points, share benefits, and use the program effectively.
As art director, I worked on the storylines in the early phase, selected creative partners, and supervised production. The project was carried out by the BBDO team, together with a copywriter, creative director, designers, and account managers.
